I’m based in London, Ontario. Training can be at your home, any gym you choose, or online.
❓ Do I need a gym membership?
For personal training, yes. For online coaching, you can train at a gym or at home depending on your setup—I’ll tailor your program accordingly.
❓ What days and times are sessions available?
I offer flexible scheduling 7 days a week, from morning to evening. Sessions are booked in advance based on availability to ensure consistency and a structured routine.
❓ What if I need to reschedule or miss a session?

❓ Can I choose my gym?
Yes, you can train at a gym in London, Ontario, that works best for you. We’ll coordinate based on location and availability.
❓ What if I don’t have time?
Your plan is built around your schedule. Whether you can train 2 or 5 days a week, we create a structure that fits your lifestyle so you can stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.
❓Who is this coaching for?
My coaching is designed for anyone serious about improving their fitness, whether you’re a beginner, getting back into shape, doing rehab, looking to take your physique to the next level, or want to compete in a bodybuilding show. Every plan is tailored to your current level and goals.
❓ What happens during the free consultation?
This is a one-on-one video or phone call where we discuss your goals, current routine, and challenges. You’ll get a clear understanding of what’s holding you back and how we can build a plan to move forward. You can choose what works best for you—either a video call or a phone call.
❓ How are your training programs customized?
Every program is built based on your goals, fitness level, lifestyle, and schedule. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach—everything is designed specifically for you.
❓ What’s the difference between personal training and online coaching?
Personal training is in-person, one-on-one coaching where I guide you through each workout, available only in London, Ontario, Canada. Online coaching provides you with a structured program, nutrition guidance, and ongoing support remotely, so you can train on your own schedule.
❓ How often should I train with a personal trainer?
Most clients see the best results training 2–3 times per week. However, your plan will depend on your goals, schedule, and experience level.
❓ Do you offer single sessions?
Yes, I offer single sessions if you want to experience personal training or need occasional guidance. However, most clients choose monthly packages for better consistency and results.
❓ What’s included in online coaching?
You’ll receive a customized workout plan, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and regular check-ins on WhatsApp to keep you accountable and progressing.
❓ What is the Advanced Coaching Plan?
This is a premium hybrid coaching program that combines online coaching with in-person sessions and a higher level of support, structure, and accountability. It’s designed for clients who want to take their results to the next level, bodybuilding, model physique or make an aesthetic physique.
❓ Do you provide nutrition plans?
Yes, I provide nutrition guidance tailored to your goals and lifestyle to support your training and results.
❓ How quickly will I see results?
Results depend on your consistency, effort, and starting point. Most clients begin to notice changes within a few weeks when they follow the plan properly.
❓ How do I get started?
Simply book your free consultation, and we’ll discuss your goals and create a plan that works for you.
❓What if I’ve tried before and failed?
That’s exactly why coaching works. Most people fail because they don’t have structure or accountability. My approach focuses on building a plan you can actually stick to long-term.
❓ Do I need equipment for training?
No equipment is required for home sessions. I can design your program using bodyweight or any equipment you already have available.
